Beginner/Intermediate course.
 
Q01. When will be the next beginner/intermediate course in Singapore
and where will it be held?  How to register?
Ans:  The conduct of beginner/intermediate/advanced course in Singapore is subject to availability of Master Teacher’s classes schedule.
Once a public course is firm, its course details will be announced in our six adjustment centres and/or web handswithlove.org.sg  .

Master/Teacher Lin Tzu-Chen and Wei Yu-Feng travel throughout the world annually to teach Longevitology. Courses are taught in Mandarin and English translation is available.

Q02 How can I sign up to become a volunteer of your Adjustment Centres?
It is simple.  Kindly turn up at any adjustment centre with your intermediate class attendance ID (yellow card).  You can speak to the leader or asst leader there about your intention. They will provide you more details if you need.
 
 
Q03  靜坐與調整哪一個比較有效?
靜坐-可以全身調整,除了可以改善体质,能量也可以进入更深的层 次,净化心灵,提升我们的心智。时常静坐,可以帮助我们的心更快 平静下来,调整时导引更多能量,调整的效果自然比较好。
身体有疼痛有问题的部位,或者急救时,需要特别的加强就用调整。
慢性疾病如果只是静坐,时间放长,一样可以达到改善。能量进入身 体会针对需要的地方自我调理。
所以不能说哪一个比较有效。
但是如果问哪一个比较重要,那我觉得静坐比调整来得重要。身体有 毛病的人,除了静坐,另一个改善体质最好的方式就是多帮他人调整 。能给就是福报啊!
 
Which one is more effective, meditation or adjustment? Meditation is adjustment for the whole body. The energy will also reach the deeper level to cleanse our spirit and soul, thus elevate our life condition. If we always do meditation, we can calm down our mind more easily. We will be able to channel more energy while performing adjustment.

When there is pain or specific disease, we can adjust on those areas to strengthen its function. Or during first aid, adjustment has to be performed.
In fact,meditation itself can improve our health in the long run as the energy will do adjustment by itself. Of course, time is an important factor.

Therefore, its not about which is more effective.
But if you ask me which is more important, I would say Meditation is more important. For those who wish for better health improvement, I would encourage them to perform adjustment for the others. For it is in giving that we receive...
