身体有疼痛有问题的部位,或者急救时,需要特别的加强就用调整。
慢性疾病如果只是静坐,时间放长,一样可以达到改善。能量进入身
体会针对需要的地方自我调理。
所以不能说哪一个比较有效。
但是如果问哪一个比较重要,那我觉得静坐比调整来得重要。身体有
毛病的人,除了静坐,另一个改善体质最好的方式就是多帮他人调整
。能给就是福报啊!
Which one is more effective, meditation or adjustment?
Meditation is adjustment for the whole body. The energy will also reach
the deeper level to cleanse our spirit and soul, thus elevate our life
condition. If we always do meditation, we can calm down our mind more
easily. We will be able to channel more energy while performing
adjustment.
When there is pain or specific disease, we can
adjust on those areas to strengthen its function. Or during first aid,
adjustment has to be performed.
In fact,meditation itself can
improve our health in the long run as the energy will do adjustment by
itself. Of course, time is an important factor.
Therefore, its not about which is more effective.
But if you ask me which is more important, I would say Meditation is
more important. For those who wish for better health improvement, I
